1. Hotel Check-in & Check-out: Guests must adhere to the hotel’s official check-in and check-out timings, which vary by property. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Room Category: Accommodation will be provided in the base category rooms at all hotels. Room upgrades are subject to availability and may come at an extra cost.
3. Meal Timings & Policy: Guests are required to follow the designated meal timings as set by the hotel. Meals included in the package are served at specific hours, and missed meals cannot be adjusted or refunded.
4. Hotel Star Ratings: The star categorization of hotels is based on factors such as location, available services, amenities, and customer reviews. These ratings may differ from official tourism board classifications.
5. Unforeseen Expenses: Any additional costs arising due to natural calamities (landslides, snowfall, floods), strikes, or road blockages must be borne by the traveler. The travel agency will assist in making alternative arrangements but cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.
6. Essential Documents: Tourists must carry a valid government-issued photo ID, a copy of the itinerary, and hotel/tour vouchers for smooth check-in and travel verification.
7. Rohtang Pass Visit: Access to Rohtang Pass is regulated by the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and Supreme Court guidelines. Permits are required and are issued on a limited basis. Travelers must bear the additional cost of permits and transportation, which is not included in the package price.

• The rest is 50% amount you have to pay when our services start.

Children below 5 years are complementary in their parent’s room without an extra bed &. Volvo ticket (Milk/Food for infants or children above 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in the hotel)
