  3. Hotels and camps in Spiti Valley and Chandrataal are categorized based on location, facilities, and services rather than conventional star ratings used in metropolitan cities.
  4. Health & Altitude Considerations: a) Spiti and Chandrataal are high-altitude destinations (above 4,000 meters). Travelers with respiratory or heart conditions should consult a doctor before booking the tour.
    b) It is recommended to carry essential medicines for altitude sickness, headaches, and cold as medical facilities are limited in remote areas.
  5. Temperatures can drop below freezing, even in summer. Carry warm layers, gloves, thermals, and a windproof jacket for the trip.
  6. Power cuts are common, and running hot water may be limited. Carry a power bank, flashlight, and refillable water bottles.

Itinerary

Day 01: Chandigarh– Shimla- Narkanda

MEAL: Dinner Only On Arrival in Chandigarh at Airport or Railway Station meet & greet with our executive & proceed to Narkanda ) You will then be traveling to Narkanda through the rich forests of Deodar, breathtaking views of the valley, snow-covered mountain peaks and fast-flowing rivers. Drive past the quaint town of Kufri, known for hosting a number of winter sports like skiing and much more. Reach Narkanda and feel the freshness in the air as the fruity scent from the apple orchards tickles your nose. Check in to the hotel and rest for some time. You can then explore the hotel or go for a jungle walk followed by a bonfire in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Narkanda. On arrival check in to your pre-booked hotel and In the evening you can explore in and around on your own and have Dinner and an overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day 02: Narkanda - Sarahan Sightseeing - Sangla

MEAL: Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast at the hotel leave for Sangla via Sarahan, the mountain top Sarahan. Here, visit 1500 years old Bhimakali temple (Shri Bhima Kali Temple is a temple at Sarahan in Himachal Pradesh in India, dedicated to the mother goddess Bhimakali, the presiding deity of the rulers of former Bushahr State. The temple is situated about 180 km from Shimla and is one of 51 Shakti Peethass), the main attraction of the place you may also visit Bird Park which is popular for the breeding of birds like Jujurana and Monal and gets a magnificent view of the Shir Khand peaks. You can spend the day exploring this place and communicating with the locals. For a better experiment, you may also take part in their traditions and customs. Evening came back to the hotel. Day 03: Sangla – Chitkul -Sangla

MEAL: Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast at the hotel leave for Chitkul (20 KM) Chutkul the last village on Indo Tibetan old road (Chitkul (Chittkul) is a village in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. It is the last inhabited village near the Indo-China border. The Indian road ends here. During winters, the place mostly remains covered with snow and the inhabitants move to the lower regions of Himachal. Potatoes grown at Chittkul are one of the best in the world and are very costly), Visit Ancient Village, Temple & River. Evening drive back to Sangla Sangla also called Baspa Valley, the most beautiful valley of Kinnaur dominated by Kamru fort, visit the fort and village. Day 04: Sangla – Kalpa - Nako - Tabo

MEAL: Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast check out from the hotel, and drive to Kalpa (40km- 1.4hr). This place is exotic and the ambiance adds bliss to its beauty. Reaching here, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Kinnaur Kailash (Kinner Kailash). Explore the area and benefit yourself with the refreshing environment. To visit Nako Lake and Villege. This place is popular for its lake which forms part of the border of the Nako. The rest of the day is leisure for you. On the way to Tabo visit Tabo Monastery. The monastery complex includes various temples that have numerous unique wall paintings and mud statues. On arrival at Tabo check in to the hotel Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel

Day 05: Tabo – Dhankkar Gompa - Kaza - Kibber - Kaza

MEAL: Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Kaza. On the way enjoy the eye-catching views of exotic and beautiful Nature. And also visit Pin Valley. Pin Valley Park is a National park of India located within the Lahaul and Spiti district, in the state of Himachal Pradesh, in far Northern India. And also visit Dhankkar Gompa and stroll the local markets. Dhankar the ancient capital of Spiti king, the most incredibly situated gompa, perched high on the barren rocky mountain slopes ... Kaza is a sub-divisional headquarter. Evening came back to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06: Kaza – Ki Monastery – Gitte – Kibber- Kaza

MEAL: Breakfast & Dinner Today we visit the world-famous Ki Monastery. Our first stop will be at the base of the monastery hill for the ultimate photo opportunity of this remarkable structure. With over 1000 years’ worth of stories to tell, the Ki Monastery situated at a height of 13,668 feet was founded by a disciple of the famous Atisha, in the 11th century CE. Belonging to the Yellow Hat or Gelugpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism, this monastery is famous as a prominent center of learning as well as a refuge for Tibetans. Later we will move farther up the valley to the picturesque village of Kibber. Located at a height of 4205 meters and 18 km from Kaza, this formerly highest permanently inhabited village of this region, is also a popular base camp to embark on adventure and treks to adjoining mountains of high altitude. The expanses of beautiful landscapes and the immeasurable beauty of the snow-tipped mountains make the place a heaven for nature lovers and photographers alike. We drive higher up to the secluded village of Gette where we absorb stunning aerial views of Kaza and tie a prayer flag. we will be welcomed by locals in Kibber- Kaza to enjoy homestay.

Day 07: Kaza-Chandrataal Lake

Meal: Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast leave for the majestic Chandrataal, Located at an altitude of 4300 m in the Himalayas, the Chandratal Lake is situated on the Samudra Tapu plateau in Spiti Valley. The name, Chandra Taal, originates from its crescent shape. Enclosed by scree mountains on one side and magnificent cirques on the other, this Lake offers breathtaking views of clear blue skies, water, and rugged topography. The Chandratal Lake at night offers picturesque views of the night sky lit by millions of bright stars.

Day 08: Kaza-Solang valley - Manali

Meal: Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast check out from camp and drive to Manali to visit some places. Solang Valley (35 km.) is also known as Snow Valley. Which is famous for hosting various winters adventure sports like Paragliding and Gondola Ride. In Solang Valley, you Can also enjoy trekking, Skiing, and Mountaineering. Solang Valley is located between the Solang valley and Beas Kund and offers a majestic view of glaciers and snow-capped Mountains. After that back to the Hotel and enjoy dinner at the hotel. DAY 09: MANALI CITY TOUR - MANALI

Club House with its various activities, Tibetan Monastery, and Tibetan markets makes a wonderful outing of the day, in the evening back to the hotel and enjoy dinner an Hotel Overnight stay at the hotel. ❖ Hidimba Temple:- Hidimba Devi Temple, locally known as Dhungari Temple, also known variously as the Hadimba Temple, is located in Manāli, a hill station in the State of Himāchal Pradesh in north India. It is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, wife of Bhima, a figure in the Indian epic Mahābhārata. Hidimba Devi Temple is one of the famous tourist attractions in Manali. ❖ Vashisht Temple:- The Vashisht Hot Water Spring is one of the famous attractions of this region. The hot springs is believed to have medicinal value. The springs are said to cure many skin diseases.
