• Hotel Check-in/Check-out Policy – Check-in and check-out times are subject to the policies of individual hotels. Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable.
• Room Category – Standard base category rooms will be provided in all hotels unless specified otherwise. Room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Meal Timings – Meals will be served as per the designated timings set by the hotels. Guests are requested to follow the schedule for a smooth dining experience.
• Weather & Road Conditions – Uttarakhand is a hilly region, and road conditions may vary due to weather changes, landslides, or other natural occurrences. Any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances (like roadblocks, strikes, or delays) will be borne by the traveler.
• Permits & Entry Fees – Any applicable entry fees for monuments, wildlife parks, or adventure activities are not included in the package and must be paid by the travelers on the spot.
• Wildlife Safari & Adventure Activities – Safari bookings at Jim Corbett National Park or other adventure activities are subject to availability and government regulations. Advance booking is recommended.
• Vehicle & Transportation – The vehicle will be available for point-to-point travel as per the itinerary. Extra usage beyond the itinerary may incur additional charges. In hilly areas, air conditioning may not function properly due to altitude and weather conditions.
• Health & Altitude Advisory – While most destinations in Uttarakhand are at moderate altitudes, travelers with health concerns should consult a doctor before visiting. Carry personal medications, motion sickness pills, and a basic first-aid kit.
• Spiritual & Cultural Sensitivity – Many locations, such as Haridwar and Rishikesh, have religious significance. Visitors are advised to dress modestly and respect local customs. Alcohol and non-vegetarian food may be restricted in certain areas.
• Luggage & Packing Tips – Carry comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and warm jackets, as the weather can change unexpectedly. It’s advisable to travel light, especially in hilly areas.

• ID Proof & Travel Documents – All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) for hotel check-ins and permits. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and visas.
• Package Pricing & Availability – The tour package price is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any price fluctuations due to seasonality, hotel tariffs, or government regulations will be communicated at the time of inquiry.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:-

Documents needed are mentioned below in accordance with the age. At Hotels Manager or receptionist may ask for these documents.

• ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
• CHILD (5 to 11 years): Passport / Aadhar Card / PAN card
• CHILD (2 to 4 years): Aadhar Card / School ID
• For Infants – Carry 2 passport-sized photographs

PAYMENT POLICY:- 

• 25% amount for the booking.
• 25% amount (14-15) days before your tour start.
• The rest is 50% amount you have to pay when our services start.

CHILD POLICY:-

Children below 5 years are complementary in their parent’s room without an extra bed &. Volvo ticket (Milk/Food for infants or children above 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in the hotel)
