• Room Category: Base category rooms will be provided at each hotel unless an upgrade is requested and confirmed.

• Meal Timings: All meals will be served at designated times as per hotel policy. Delays may result in missed meals.

• Vehicle AC Policy: AC will not function in hilly terrain to prevent engine strain and ensure passenger safety.

• Rohtang Pass Entry (If Applicable): Rohtang Pass visit is subject to permission by local authorities/NGT. In case access is restricted, guests must bear additional charges for alternative transport (if they wish to visit).

• Weather & Road Conditions: In case of road blockages, snowfall, landslides, or other natural calamities, the guest will bear additional costs incurred for alternative arrangements.

• Hotel Star Ratings: Star categories in Himachal are based on location, amenities, and service—not as per metro city classification standards.

• ID Proof Required: All guests must carry valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport) during the trip.

PAYMENT POLICY:-

• 25% amount for the booking.
• 25% amount (14-15) days before your tour start.
• The rest is 50% amount you have to pay when our services start.

CHILD POLICY:-

Children below 5 years are complementary in their parent’s room without an extra bed &. Volvo ticket (Milk/Food for infants or children above 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in the hotel)
