Important Notes:-

1. Hotel Check-in & Check-out Times

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Vehicle Usage

• The cab/tempo traveller is available only as per itinerary and not for use beyond sightseeing routes or after specified hours.
• Night travel is discouraged/restricted in hilly areas due to safety concerns.

3. Weather & Road Conditions

• Weather in the hills is unpredictable; we recommend carrying warm clothing even in summer.
• Certain roads may be closed due to landslides or snow; alternate routes may be taken in such cases.

4. Rohtang Pass Access (Manali)

• Rohtang Pass is NOT included in this package due to NGT restrictions.
• If open, a separate permit & transport is required. It can be arranged locally at an extra cost.

5. Sightseeing Limitations

• Sightseeing is subject to time, weather, and traffic conditions.
• Some monuments or attractions may be closed on specific days (e.g., museums, temples, government sites).

6. Adventure Activities

• Adventure activities (like paragliding, river rafting, horse riding, etc.) are optional and not included in the package.
• These are undertaken at your own risk. Please ensure safety gear is used and instructions are followed.

7. ID Proof Requirement

• All guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License).
• ID proof is required at hotel check-ins and for entry at some tourist attractions.
• 8. Meals
• Meals included in the package follow the MAP Plan – i.e., Breakfast & Dinner at the hotel.
• Lunch, snacks, and beverages are at your own expense unless specifically mentioned.

9. Amritsar Wagah Border Ceremony

• Guests are advised to reach Wagah Border by 3:00 PM to secure good viewing spots. Entry may be restricted after 4:00 PM due to crowd control.

10. Health Advisory

• Guests with respiratory issues or altitude sensitivity are advised to consult a doctor before visiting higher altitudes.
• Carry basic medicines for motion sickness, fever, and cold.

11. Payment Terms

• Booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
• Full payment must be cleared before or on arrival, as per invoice instructions.
